Despite having strict anti-gun laws, Chicago rates high in violent crimes. It seems every week we’re reading about shootings and murders. In that regard, no one will be shocked, sadly, that a Subway store on Chicago’s south side has a bulletproof glass that separates employees from customers. (And customers can’t use the bathroom.)
CBS reporter Dave Savini stopped by for some food, saw the glass, and snapped the photo. What would happen to Chicago’s violent crime rate if law-abiding residents were allowed to exercise their Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms?
