Sheriff David Clarke testified before the House Judiciary Committee last week on “Policing Strategies for the 21st Century.” He talked about what mainstream media either avoid or blame on “racism”: black-on-black crime.
The rate of violent crime among young black men, as perpetrators and victims, justifies a heavy police presence. But according to liberals, the solution is getting rid of “racist” white cops, not demanding that young black men stop committing crimes.
“Modern liberalism celebrates black underachievement,” Sheriff Clarke recently said on Fox News. “It finds excuses for sub-human behavior, and it blames other people for some flawed lifestyle choices.”
