Star Parker Signs Coalition Letter Supporting Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act of 2026

CURE’s Star Parker joined a coalition of conservatives urging Congress to pass the Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act of 2026.

In an October 30 letter (PDF), the coalition said that years of paperwork, political obstruction, and lawsuits delay essential projects and drive up costs. Here’s what the bill would do:

“The bill would lower energy costs, speed up approval of critical infrastructure projects, curb superfluous litigation, and give builders and investors the certainty they need to commit capital.”

Bureaucrats and their red tape slow down progress and much-needed improvements to our infrastructure. Leaders who signed the letter, including Grover Norquist, Jeffrey Mazzella, Tom Schatz, Gabriella Hoffman, Tim Jones, Daniel J. Erspamer, and Kent Kaiser, Ph.D., said that Washington should clear the path for pipelines, power plants, roads, and bridges that support reliable energy, good jobs, and stronger communities across America.

Everyone agrees that families need affordable energy, and American workers need opportunities to build. The Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act of 2026 is a great place to start.
