Kermit Gosnell, who murdered infants in his dirty clinic, is dead at 85.
Gosnell, who ran a house of horrors in Philadelphia, with inexperienced employees, dirty instruments, and neglected patients, died on March 1, 2026. The death was reported on Monday.
Gosnell’s clinic, raided in 2010, hadn’t undergone an inspection for 17 years. He was convicted in May 2013 of three counts of murdering infants, one count of involuntary manslaughter of a woman, 21 felony counts of performing illegal late-term abortions, and 211 counts of violating the 24-hour informed consent laws. He was sentenced to life in prison.
The focus of the 2010 raid was suspicion of illegal use of prescription drugs. The agents discovered dead babies and baby parts in bags and jars. The place stank.
One of the many complaints from pro-lifers was the lack of media coverage in Gosnell’s trial and his heinous actions.
The Born-Alive Protection Act, which unanimously passed a Democrat-majority Senate, became law in 2002.
