President Trump’s New Center for Faith Empowers Religious Organizations

President Donald Trump created the Center for Faith by executive order in 2025 to assist religious groups, community organizations, and houses of worship in their efforts to strengthen American families, promote work and self-sufficiency, and protect religious freedom.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) last Thursday announced the launch of the Center for Faith web page, which includes an interactive map to report discrimination in the workplace.

“Americans should not face discrimination in the workplace because of their religion,” said Lori Chavez-DeRemer, DOL secretary. “Our new Center for Faith website offers helpful guidance for American workers and faith organizations interested in competing for grants at the Department of Labor. Thanks to President Trump, Americans’ right to religious freedom is more protected than ever before.”

The Center for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE), a public policy organization in Washington, D.C., supports the creation of the Center for Faith. CURE’s mission is to promote faith, freedom, family, and personal responsibility. CURE advocates solving problems through faith-based solutions.
