Massachusetts School District That Violates Girls’ Privacy and Undermines Their Safety is Under Federal Investigation

Westford County Public Schools (WPS) in Massachusetts is under federal investigation for discriminating against students based on sex, which violates federal law.

America First Legal (AFL) last November asked the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) to investigate the school district for allowing boys into girls’ restrooms and locker rooms under a “gender identity” policy.

AFL said the school district “is not being inclusive; it is openly discriminating against students who do not align with the confines of its radical gender ideology.”

OCR has agreed to investigate WPS.

The office said that it will determine whether the school district “is in violation of Title IX and its implementing regulation by maintaining a policy or practice of allowing male students to participate in athletic programs designated for female students and to use intimate facilities designated for use by female students.”

Bureaucrats in Massachusetts don’t really care about children. The state, which has a shortage of foster families, bans Christian couples from fostering children because they refuse to lie to them or affirm their “gender” confusion.

The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families is under federal investigation.

School districts in Massachusetts expose children to “transgender” indoctrination against their parents’ wishes and secretly “transitions” children behind their parents’ backs.
